seller signs and returns our Rapid Results service agreement.
We and our Program affiliates go to work:
 
  • Law firm draws sales contract for seller acceptance1
  • Abstract firm conducts comprehensive title search2
  • Mortgage lender orders appraisal of property3
  • provide a video tour of property and post to the web (if not provided by broker)
  • We prepare offering package that includes good faith offer form, contract, title, financing and promotional information - and provide copies to broker for buyers
  • seller is contacted by title company to establish escrow account for escrow of funds4
  • daily advertising is conducted on TV, radio, web, print and prominent area media (NY Times example)
  • buyers receive firm financing commitment - can inspect property and make offers anytime
  • conduct sale event where we ask buyers for final offers (unless seller has accepted an offer)
  • provide live streaming web cast of sale event and advertising that promotes broker
  • property closes in 30 days
