With the support of  the Town of Oyster Bay, we are  creating an education and training  program to expand career opportunities for residents. The program will impart new skills to people involved in real estate fields, enabling them to meet the challenges of today's real estate marketplace.  A key curriculum is being developed to teach a  Mortgage Reduction System to new real estate licensees. The System allows new homeowners to save up to hundreds of thousands of dollars on their property costs without making additional mortgage payments.

Using the mortgage reduction system can bolster home sales locally, as buyers have more confidence in their long-term goals when considering the purchase of a home. In addition, sellers are more inclined to list with agents who implement the System in marketing the property, as agents can show buyers that sales concessions are not as meaningful as buyers' use of the System.

In addition to the curriculum for new agents, the company will provide media support package to individual real estate offices and agents. The packages will consist of print and audio-visual media for each agent to use with their clients and prospects.
